Yes...potatoes are awesome almost any way that they are prepared. Fried sweet potatoes are really really really good, but I always forget about them when I am shopping so I rarely eat them. I am such a dumbass.

you bet and heres a grat recipe if you dont already know use red potatos wash them but dont peel them cut them in chunks set them to the side fry up some bacon,onion and some garlic together until a little crispy then add your potatos cover with a lid and stir every so often if they are getting to crispy but dont cooked all the way add a little water youll love them i promise

If you mean like french fries, they're ok, they're just fries.
I do love to have them sautee'd with onions (and sometimes peppers), preferrably in butter.
And, I like fried hashbrowns, topped with ham, cheese and onions.
