I hear it when he is instructing me through his modern Prophets and Apostles, through the scriptures and in a still small voice that penitrates me to the very core of my being.

Yes. He speaks in a still small voice. He speakes to you by reading his Word. The Lords voice leads and the devil voice drives you.

Not an audible voice, although there may well be people who do an audible voice. I believe that I receive direction from God through prayer and reading the Bible.

If "the Lord" is telling you to harm yourself or others, I would suggest talking to someone about it.
If not, I would analyze what he is saying to you and evaluate it with the best of your judgment.

yes, why do i believe this. my husband was a wiccan. god spoke to him to return to him and away from wiccan. (no mortal influence or people pushing Christ on him either.) he is back with Christ.
