Hi there again its me jeremy... yes i know i know... i lost the weight i wanted to... so know i should be happy.... no! Anywayz im 14 and weigh somewhere around 120-130.... ok here's the deal I need a workout plan that'll give me abs in the next 3-4 weeks... at the most! And again a WORKOUT plan... not a diet unless i just absolutely have to!

There's nothing that will give you perfect abs in that short a time period if you aren't well on your way already.

What you can do is start a regimen of crunches and side stretches, while eating healthy foods. (I'm not saying to diet.) This will get you on your way.

Everyone has abs, you just have to get your body fat ratio lower than about 8ish percent i believe and they will show.
