I use Ben Wa Balls...no one knows, there is no noise so I'm able to keep a "tight" lid on it (so to speak) while I get my kegals in.

God that is so sexy, go out and get a butterfly they are noise activated so anytime someone speaks or the noise gets louder the vibration gets more intense.
