Creatine is manufactured naturally by your body and stored in your muscles.
It is also found in beef, pork and fish, but cooking destroys much of it.
In 1994, Ellington Darden, Ph.D. found a way to improve loading of creatine in two ways. Dissolve the daily dosage of creatine in a gallon of water and sip it continuously throughout the day.
Second, add common sugar to the solution. Sugar elevates insulin levels and insulin facilitates creatine absorption into the muscles.
The process will be easier if you have these items:
1 large thermos jug 2 gallon capacity
1 32 ounce plastic bottle with straw
1 digital battery-operated food scale
1 large wooden spoon1 5 pound bag of granulated white sugar
1 large bottle (210) grams) creatine monohydrate dietary supplement
12 ice cubes
Before you begin your day"
1. Place 1 gallon of cold water into a large thermos jug.
2. Spoon out 20 grams of creatine monohydrate (1 heaping teaspoon equals approximately 5 grams, but calculate the prcise weight on a digital food scale).
3. Pour 20 grams of creatine into your water. Stir gently with the large wooden spoon for 1 seconds or until it is dissolved.
4. Weigh out 104 grams of sugar (approximately 1/2 cup), which has the energy value of 400 calories.
5. Empty the sugar into the creatine solution and stir vigorously for 1 minute or until the sugar is dissolved.
6. Add ice cubes to the thermos to chill the solution. Your objective is to drink over the next fourteen hours at least 1 gallon of the creatine-sugar solution. The thermos allows you to carry the mixture with you wherever you go.
7. Draw into your 32 ounce plastic bottle an initial quart of the solution and sip from it over the next several hours. Most people find they can consume the fluid easier through a straw.
8. Keep refilling your bottle and sipping until the thermos is empty. Try to spread the 128 ounces or more evenly over twelve to fouteen hours.
10. Repeat the same directions daily for seven days.
11. Stop loading after the first week and move to a maintenance dosage for the second week. For a that dosage, take 5 grams of creatine monohydrate mixed in 4 ounces of water each morning after breakfast. Continue with the daily superhydration of drinking 1 gallon of cold water.
Do not consume caffeinated drinks during the loading phase.
Do a chest blitz three times per week for two consecutive weeks only.
Return to your normal workouts for at least three months.
Do the creattine loading for only one week simultaneous to the first week of your chest blitz. Use the maintenance solution of creatine during the second week. You can continue with the maintenance solution of creatine for an additional thirty days, if you like.
Don't skimp on your calories. Make sure you have three or four nutritious meals plus a couple of snacks each day. Extra rest and sleep will also help the muscle-building process.
Creatine is an ergogenic aid that actually does some of what it claims to do. Properly consumed, creatine can contribute to muscular size and strength.

To the person that advised you to "get fat" and "make fat stick to your bones", ignore him and all similar advice. Fat cannot, CANNOT be turned into muscle. Fat is fat, muscle is muscle. You do NOT want to get fat. Obesity is not to be confused with "buff". You are lucky if you are skinny, as you will have a great advantage over your overweight peers, who must battle two things at once--they've got to lose fat AND gain muscle, and all you've got to do is gain muscle.
I suggest a sensible diet, a healthy diet, with adequate amounts of protein. Creatine is useless, a waste of money marketed towards teenagers who don't know any better. Creatine has absolutely no effect on your body, except your wallet. I am not a big beleiver in any suppliments, because you can get what your body needs from a healthy diet. Nothing will substitute a proper workout regimine, either. You cannot sit back on your couch, drink gallons of protein shakes, and suddenly get a muscled body. You've got to hit the gym, and you've got to get a routine that works for you and your goals. 2-3 pounds of muscle gain per month is a healthy goal. If you're packing on 10 pounds or more in such a short period of time, I assure you that most of it is fat, and you don't want that.
Studies showing the benefits of creatine are a farce--they are conducted and marketed by the manufacturers of the product! Furthermore, users who tell of their success seem to forget that all the while they were taking creatine, they were also working out--it was the workouts that provided the results, not the creatine. If the "pumping your muscles with water" allures you, then go for it, but that's just a ruse.

Watch it with Creatine, it's a cheat!
You shouldn't do it for more than a month and after you stop you will lose.
For some people creatine does nothing
For others it makes them puffy
For some it makes them look good for a while
It's best to do it for real!
