ur out of luck... this is why you should incorporate water little by little... adding cornstarch or anything else might totally compromise the dough, if you have nothing else, try it

try any type of flour you can find. . .it might work then. also, sometimes a tsp of canola oil can help the stickiness

I would use corn meal, it is used on pizza crusts to prevent sticking to the pan, breads too.

yea baking is a chemistry experiment, if you add an ingrediant that isn't called for you change the outcome
