It would help if you were more specific about what loyalties are being divided. However if this is a true inquiry about religion and spirituality then here are some a bible verses that might help you:

Revelation 3: 15-16
"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I would that you were cold or hot. So because you are neither cold nor hot: I will spit you out of My mouth."

Matthew 6: 24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other."

Divided Loyalties means you are loyal to more than one thing, often 2 or more conflicting things. Your loyalty cannot be guaranteed to at 100% one because you are loyal also to something else.
