Mine is something my mother-in-law made up and I like very much.
EGG SALAD SPREAD
2 or 3 hard boiled eggs
1 4 ounce package Philly cream cheese
dash of onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
real mayonnaise
Mash up eggs with the cream cheese. Add seasonings. Stir in mayonnaise until filling has reached a nice spreading consistency.
Enjoy! Nice with a few sweet pickles.

Toasted bread with melted cheese on hot turkey with guacamole on one side and picante sauce on the other half and a layer of Frito's corn chips in the middle. YUM!

That does sound good! Mine is boiled eggs,mayo/sandwich spread(with relish) with Spinach leaves. Yumm yumm!!

Chicken salad sandwich from the "Elephant Bar" restaurant. They put cashews and cranberries in it. SOOOOOOOOO Yummy!!!!!

Miracle whip...mix that with Cajun seasonings....smoked turkey or ham....Swiss cheese, on place all of this on toasted bread....you can put lattice, tomatoes etc...whatever
