I was going to say if he tells you that he gets a kick out of looking and you tell him ok.- that is different. But, you had an agreement not to.

Personally, I would wait and see if this is just a one-time thing. He could just be curious. On the other hand, if you find this happening on multiple occasions, he would have some explaining to do. Let's say this is more than just a one-time "I wonder what a tranny looks like." Confronting him now will only cause him to work harder to hide his searches and the truth.
