Well, first of all, you will disagree with everything I am saying...
I'm 19. I understand exactly what you're asking. But I will say this... what you think is "love" at 13... isn't. You may have really strong feelings for this person, but it's very unlikely that it is love at this point in your life. As you get older, you'll understand more about love and relationships, and you'll understand what I have just said.
As far as the French kissing goes... you're 13... explore life somewhat. What the hell.. if the girl says ok, then try it. It's never a bad thing to try something new. Hey, you might even like it. You never know until you try.

French kissing comes naturally. It is a kiss elevated to the height of passion, and it usually leads to you-know-what. Don't force it. There is nothing more gross than ramming your tongue inside your girlfriend's mouth just for the sake of doing it. You are very young. Play it easy, you'll get better mileage. Ishtar.

If you have to think about it, you are too young. And yes you are too young (my opinion). Be a kid, enjoy being a kid. Keep your life simple as long as you can.
I just looked at your website, you seem like a really nice kid, intelligent, and pretty cute too I'll bet. You seem like you got it real together for a kid. Keep it that way. Stay just the way you are, don't hurry into growing up.
