Zonealarm Pro is a good firewall plus,it has a very good spyware removing program attached with it...It's not a virus protecting program ,though

ZoneAlarm is NOT AN ANTIIVIRUS program. It’s a very good firewall. I can give you two good antivirus programs.
AVG
“Anti virus Guard”. You can get this free from the link http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti-virus-free/lng/us/tpl/v5 it even update it self automatically.
Norton Antivirus
This is another best tool for protecting the computer from the virus attacks. Latest version is Norton 2006 (2007 beta is also there). I dunno whether it is a good antivirus tool but it is a very good firewall. In my PC I use ZoneAlarm as firewall and Norton antivirus as the antivirus tool. And I have never got a virus on my PC since then.
I also have spybot search and destroy, to search 4 spyware.

I think there is no best anti-virus. Every anti-virus are almost same, but if u get the anti-virus for free or download free fromm internet, that is not as good as the actual or complete set of anti-virus.
I will recommend McAfee anti-virus, spam, firewall, etc. i tried Norton n McAfee, I found that McAfee is better. I use for 4 yrs already.

zone alarm is not an antivirus program, it is a firewall, get AVG free edition, from grisoft.com, it works great, and is always free

It's a good tool for what it is...and the fact that the basic is free is good.
