I was saved in 1979 at a Baptist Church when I was 19, but I did not walk the walk or talk the talk until I received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost on Jan. 17th in 1999, at the Vineyard Church. When I look back, I believe that if I died, I would have gone to Heaven, but I did not have power over my sin until the Holy Ghost manifested Himself 3 days later, when I began to speak in other tongues! So when I look back, I consider my Spiritual Birthday on Jan 17 because that is when my life changed and my Spiritual eyes were opened and I could feel God's Presence!

Yes, I do.

I was in a car with a good friend. It was May 15, 2004. The time was 3:36pm. We had been talking about salvation and I realized that I wasn't sure that I was going to heaven. I prayed and asked the Lord to fogive me of my sins and to come into my life as my Savior. The second I believed that I felt like an enormous burden had been lifted off my shoulders. It was the best day of my life.

Dec. 31, 1981, 8:30 p.m. That's the date and time I prayed to trust and receive Christ as Savior and Lord.

However, I believe I was saved earlier that day because I already knew at breakfast time that I was going to go forward that night when there was an "altar call." I was at a highschool Christian camp. The fact that my heart was already willing and that I already understood everything, that's what was important. Not the prayer, per se.

No, I believe there is no one point in a person's life that they were saved. Being 'saved' is a road that must be walked, not just a moment of recongizing the truth. here is a point in which you start being saved, but I feel it's a path that one follows. Doesn't God lead a person to be saved by first causing the person, say, to be talked into going to church, or to encounter a christian in the marketplace or maybe just flipping through the bible in desperation? God begins saving the person, before the person is 'saved' and sometimes even before the person hears of God.

yes i was 7 years old and it was Easter Sunday 1987, I was baptized and personally accepted Jesus into my heart and life. I believe that anybody who is truly born again will feel the exact moment they committed their life to Jesus. It is an overwhelming feeling of replenishment that is poured into us being filled with the Holy Spirit

I was five when I accepted Christ, 12 when I changed my life around again. The second time, yes - the first time, no - and it was wonderful. Not everyone has to have an emotional experiance; but you should know that God is there, he's in your life, and he's really here to stay - like it or not.

Yes I do! Some men were outside of McDonalds handing out Christian tracts! They handed me one and asked if they could read it with me! I said yes and after reading the tract with them they asked if I would like to accept Jesus! I answered yes and they prayed with me right there on the spot!
