It won't get rid of the black marks, but have your water checked for iron, which is a common source for black marks on teeth.

Of course, so are tea and coffee...

how the heck did you get black marks on your teeth? Anyway, you may want to try that sponge product from Mr. Clean. That crap removes just about any stain I've seen anywhere. Be sure not to swallow anything. http://homeparents.about.com/b/a/103812.htm

Clean your teeth with one pinch of Alum and some salt every night before going to bed.

Your teeth will become white in a weeks time.
