Eating red meat will boost creatinine levels. If you eat a lot of red meat for the 3 days prior to the test, your creatinine level will be normal, and the lab won't know that you've diluted your urine sample.
A high fiber diet will help by redirecting fat soluble metabolites to the colon rather than bladder. "THC is eliminated primarily in the stool via bile acids. Both EMIT and RIA detect a secondary metabolite which is reabsorbed from the intestines. Thus a person with a high fiber diet will excrete a majority of THC [metabolites] in the stool" (anon1). A fiber-based laxitive will also help by binding bile-acids. Use caution. Fiber laxitives can alter one's bowel schedule and lead to dependancy.
Don't give urine from your first urination of the day. It's the dirtiest, and can be heavily filled with metabolites. Urinate a couple of times before giving a test sample. Also, don't give the beginning or end of the stream. Piss in the toilet, then quickly stop and go in the cup. Stop, and shift back to the toilet for the last portion. Only give a midstream sample. Just be sure to give 60 cc's.
Exercise increases the amount of THC metabolites in the urine; so quit exercising a week before the test. Be lazy, and eat big. This will put the body in an anabolic fat-storing stage. At this point, the "buried" THC metabolites won't escape and go the the urine. There are drugs that will increase metabolism the way exercise does, but these are the same drugs that they are usually testing for. Exercise should only be considered when the subject knows that he or she will not be given a pop quiz in the near future.

most of the dirty is out of your body now, for a urine test but not a hair test. for a job, they give the cheapest test, speed downers,weed. weed no matter how much sweat or water, sticks to your bones do not take the test for at least eight to ten more days. also like to add, it was reagan who started these test. i think the test should be given only after the person shows signs of use not before. the very constitution of the u.s.a. is innocent till... if they must test for drugs the reagans should have not omited drinking alcohol. i'm in show biz and peoples breath in the morn can be intoxicating. someday it'll go back to the lie detector, whatever. if it's for court, they do the expensive more expansive test covering all that possibly can show up. weed is the only lingerer, as far as the, easy ***, urine test. the hair test you cannot beat or treat, only thing is, most go back 90 to 100 days. in forensics they can find out everything you've ever done and at what time in your life, thru hair and or nails. a pee test if you can't wait and you're just worried about weed than 2 ounces of clean pee in a bottle up agaist your body to keep it at body temp. will always work, but if you use needles forget it, you need help not a job, right now. promise...

It only stays in your system for about a month. Go to a health food store, they have this tea stuff you drink to cleanse your system. Don't know how well it works, as I am not a pot smoker and do not have this problem. This will only be effective on a urine test. And still no guarantee. If the test is a hair folicle test, then you are out of luck, it can detect as far back as 6 months. However this test is very expensive, around $800-$900.00. So if this is for employment, it will prob be a urinalysis.

Depends on what kind of test. Hair tests will show for as long as your hair has been growing.
If you're given a mass. spec. test, there's a good chance that pot will show up, it's fat soluble and shows up on an average of 28 days. Any amount will show up. Everything else has a shorter half life and will not be detected.
If you're taking a simple dipstick test, again, your only worry is pot, but you have greater odds that the levels will be below the amount necessary to trigger a positive reading.
