i am french and i just bought this expensive laptop in france.
im planning on moving to canada and i know that i am going to need an adaptator to be able to plug it in in canada but im wondering if i am going to need somethnig else
are the DSL wires the same?aside from the adaptator,will i be able to use my computer normally in canada?

Look at your networking cable. Do you count 8 wires in there? If so there won't be any problem for your DSL connection.

Well I dont kno anything about how the computers are made in France or whatnot, but your asking about the DSL in Canada. heres the bottom line. You kno you'll have to get some adaptors for the electric plugs right. right. I think you guys run on 220 and its 110 over here. anyways about the laptop. If you have a Ethernet port or USB port on your laptop which you should, you shouldnt have any problem connecting your laptop in Canada. Well you shouldnt have a problem moving to Canada, Im sure you speak French, and your typing in english so I assum you speak english to. Hope everything works out for you!
