If i was a stargaze,I would spend all of my time looking at you.Because are most beautiful and brightest star I have ever gazed.I haven't yet but I would like to know if a man really loved a woman and told her this would she feel happy.

If she really liked you a lot in the first place she might like it, but if you aren't really sure if she likes you don't say that because it just sounds too sugary and overboard.
The best thing to do is just be direct and tell her you think she is a beautiful person.
Edited to add : After I'd been dating my husband for awhile he sent me a wav recording of himself reading a sonnet to me. It only meant a lot to me because we had been together for awhile. If he had done that when I first met him I would have run away fast because it would have been too much intensity too soon in the relationship.

No, because my boyfriend told me something better, sweet, and very romantic! Wasn't about stargazing... but rather something else that made me very happy! =D
