Fire is an accepted way to dispose of both article. It may be best if you just let both burn. It would be better if you could them on some sort of elevated surface, so that they need not burn in the dirt. Though I don't think that really matter for the cross (it should probably be laid down, so as not to excite racist tensions). Say a prayer, God will be fine with a burnt cross. Put the cross somewhere elevated so it can burn itself up. Then, you don't have a half burned flag, and you followed the rules.

you are just wanting to be rude, you are just wanting to start a argument. the cross isn't a joke and neither is the flag burning. both are wrong. my choice half the bucket on each and yell for more help to save them both.

The burning cross, of course. Because that symbolizes so much hatred and racism, and that is more important to annialate than the burning flag. The flag is a symbol of our freedom, but the burning cross is that other symbol that does so much more devastation. Let freedom ring!

Neither. However, I would want to have a "few words" with the person burning the flag. If they were burning it to disrespect me I would find a suitable way to disrespect them.
Eventhou I am not a Christian, if no christian was present, then I would also have a "few words" with the person burning the cross.

If I saw that, I would know it was too late to do anything with just one bucket of water. You can live for seven days without food, but only three without water?

I would only put out the cross. It's more important than a flag.

Neither... those things are symbols, They only mean what you bring to them.
Plus, we have the freedom of expression to demonstrate in any means we wish as long as others aren't harmed by our actions. Even if i don't agree with someones point of view i still respect their freedom.
