Ladies ball has less compression. About 5 years ago Precepts ladies ball was the men'snumber one selling ball

The only difference is the compression rate.

Lady golf ball balls have compression of 80 or 60(not sure how low they go).

Man golf balls have compression of 90 or 100(considered professional usage)

However I'm not sure if the Lady professional also use compression 100.

Generally the same size and weight with a lower compression. Some have a different dimple design to help the ball become airborne from a lower club head speed. Men start with two and woman none but they steal our so they end up with all the balls.

the women's golf balls come in colors like pink & purple, while the mens golf balls r neon colors

i think they are actually the same but just have more "girly" colors and designs. i may be wrong though...
