I am always eating...little of this, little of that. Gotta taste the food you make. Days off...once or twice.

once a day, starting when I wake ending when I go to sleep. am losing weight by what I am eating. a piece of watermelon, a peach, a mango, a banana, high water content and low fat.
no meat and potatoes. be good to your digestive system and it will be good to you.

Three sensible meals, and three nuritious snacks in between:such as a a fruit or a veggie, very little carbohydrates if any, and some dairy..
