Converting Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane. I have Constructed just such a Device. My Avatar is a Photo of it.Engines Run best on Vaporized Fuel, which is 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. With this Device, even the Largest SUV could get 50 + MPG ! Problem, all Vehicles in the USA from 1996 to the present are required by Law to Run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. That's the Clinton/Gore EPA-OBD II Law.Any Change, even if MPG's increase, will result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection! Want more Info.? Go to www.fuelvapors.com.Find out what happened to [the late] Tom Ogle. He set up a 70's Vintage Full-Size Ford V-8 Car, with 50 + MPG .He refused $25 Million to keep His Unit off the Market.

I take a bus to work (2 busses actually and take my bike on) On the way back I bike 5 miles since the connection to my second bus isn't very good in the afternoon. Saves a whole lot of $. It's 46 miles roundtrip and bus #2 (35 miles roundtrip) is free. Can't beat that.
As far as gas saving, I've been drafting behind semi trucks. It makes a big difference, but as they say "don't try this at home".
hmm... I guess I'm not the only Pablo here, cool.

Hi. Not using a gas using device is the best. Assuming you mean gasoline and the vehicle remains the same then tuning to the most advanced ignition the allows for detonation-free burning and making believe there is an egg on the throttle pedal works wonders.

Get a hybrid, but don't put gas in it. Get a conversion kit with a bigger battery, and charge it at night from your electric service at home. Use no gas, except in an emergency to get home...

Do some research on "biodiesel." Make friends with the local grease pit establishment owner, buy a pickup that runs on desiel, get free fry oil, clean it up, and put it in your tank.
