i have a hole in my lower back ( i am being serious) it has been there all my life i am nowin my 20's and no one can tell me what it is. its at the bottom of my tail bone ( no its not a tail its a hole) any medical professional know what this is

A pilonidal sinus. It is a common developmental anomaly. It is not serious at all but it can sometimes get infected and be a real nuisance.

Umm, you've had this all your life? Have you ever tried seeing a doctor? You might want to consider that option.

You should be checked for cancel, while you are at a young age. If you wait to long, it may start speading.

Maybe it is a bedsore , pressure sore, decubatitus, ulcer and you should seek medical attention.

I think they call it a polyniedal cyst. Not sure of the spelling. I had a girlfriend that had one.
