Don't worry about the racist ones. Ignore them. They will have to find their own way. Concentrate on the people with potential solutions.

We are all immigrants, yes, but it is the illegal immigrants that upset so many of the lower-middle class. They imagine that the illegals are taking their jobs even though they wouldn't actually do most of the jobs taken by illegals. Many more fear the benefits giveaway that most democrats would support should the illegals simply be given a status adjustment or amnesty.

While most Americans have immigrant ancestors, they are NOT immigrants, firstly. And it's not about immigrants when one hates Hispanics. It's about race. Now, the current immigration problems are largely Mexican as they contribute 50% of the illegal immigrants in the US (2005 Fiscal Census). This causes a great deal of ire to be placed upon Mexicans. Granted, it's not the fault of individual Mexicans that other individual Mexicans are running the border. But most people like to label things and people. And naturally, when one labels, one generalizes. So to better understand why anyone hates anything....... think of something you hate (or someone). List your reasons. Now change your something to their something and there ya go!

we are not immigrants. our great great grandparents may have been immigrants. we or better said i was born here raised here and still live here.the problem is not Mexicans it's illegal Mexicans. they are not contributing to the economy they remove money from the American economy by sending it all home to be spent in Mexico. they cross over private property to get into this country. they kill to stay in this country. if they feel that the lands of Texas Arizona and new Mexico are theirs because they were taken by a stronger young America and they want them back line up at the border bring your guns and I'm so sure that the population of Mexico will be cut by half that way they can stay in their own country and pollute their own lands.

Why do you people continue to try to say I am an immigrant? It is clear to me that you don't know what it means. There is no such thing as an immigration gene where if my grandfather was an immigrant then there is a strong chance that i will be one as well.

See, you assume that because I am against illegal immigration, that I hate the races and nationalities that come here. WRONG!

I am open to anyone that comes to this country - so long as they do it legally. If we have to pay to enjoy "the American dream", why shouldn't everyone? Is breaking the law accepted? So you don't care if someone steals your car? That is also breaking the law. Same thing.

PS - I am of Native American heritage. I definitely have more right here than you do.

I was born in this country, I'am not a immigrant ...

I have nothing aginst hispanics, infact I work with some " hispanics" and I get along good with them. It is the illegal moochers that I have a problem with.

They don't contribute, they just want to whimper and whine. That is not the stuff that America is made of. If you want to be in America, then do it legally, and contribute to the country.

What kind of reaction are you trying to provoke with your own racist mini-rant? What response would you give to someone complaining about the behavior of Mexicans who signed her name 'White Pride'? You're the problem, not part of the solution.
