how well you take care of it regular washing and not alot of abuse. hair usuall only grows on average 1/2 inch a month. So it takes a while for it to get really long.

nothing really determines that different people have different hair so my hair might grow faster than my sisters and my sisters might grow faster than her friend and her friend's hair might only grow so far. somtimes people's hair wont grow farther than say their shoulders.

usually the protein intake of your body. you can tell also by your nails. if they grow fast then your hair probaly grows fast too. i heard eggs are really good for your hair. as well as fish. i hope this helps!

On your head there's no limit, everywhere alse, it's the DNA.
