Sure do. If I believe in God, then I have to have faith in his Word too. duh...

People forget that sometimes. I'm Christian; of course I believe what the bible says. If I didn't then I wouldn't be a Christian.

"If we are unfaithful
he remains faithful,
for he cannot deny himself."
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------

"he..."

being Jesus Christ
------------------------------------------

"..remains faithful,"

faith is like a light switch, it's either 'on' or 'off,' and everyone chooses what is best for them.

If one understands what it means to have faith, and chooses that path as the best one for them; then it would be a natural process for them to remain faithful.

------------------------------------------

To do anything but, would be a contradiction in terms.
"..for he cannot deny himself."

------------------------------------------

I interpret the whole passage to mean, that Jesus was so filled with faith, that regardless of any circumstances or outside influences, he would remain unwavering and unable to deny himself.

In other words, every person must find their own way in their discovery of what having faith means to them. And that no matter what they choose, it should only be based on what is truely felt in their heart.

Yes. God is the author and perfecter of your faith. Without him, you would not have faith to begin with.

I, the Lord, am bound when ye do what I say; but when ye do not what I say, ye have no promise.
