An honest, yet interesting conversation. Men often get in panic when a women want to talk, the issue is that we just want you to be natural, spontaneus with us, the same you do when you are with your buddies. We also will appreciate that you show interest in the conversation and dont just give us "yeah baby", "Ujum", etc.
About what will get us excited or turn us on...just say something that show that you are REALLY interested in us, like a particular detail no one say that you really like about her body, or maybe how much you like the way she smell, or her hair feel, etc..
