I think this is Jesus telling us to watch and pray for you do not know what hour he will return. 5 of the virgins were prepared and ready for the bride groom and 5 were not prepared.
This is all through the teachings of Jesus.. (Watch and Pray!) So I would think that this would be pre trib.

I believe it's post-tribulation, pre-wrath of God. I've posted an article on my website about what I think are the dangers of hoping in a pre-trib rapture, referencing Matthew 24-25 and other passages. Check it out at the first link below.

And the discussion continues. Pre-, Mid-, Post-Trib placement of the rapture. Pre-, Post-, or amillennial views. Dispensational or non-dispensational. If someone could put an end to this once and for all, a lot of controversy would be out of the Church.
Me, I hold to a Pre-millennial, Mid-tribulation, dispensational view of the End Times.
Ouch, my head hurts.

After the Trib. Christ comes to setup his kingdom!
He comes as a thief in the night, in secret.
You do not know the hour for he is late, so be ready, and have enough oil!

I believe it to be pre-tribulation. notice the church is not mentioned anymore after the 4th chapter of Rev. why? because we aren't here! we've been raptured!
we do know that there will be people saved during the tribulation, those who were not in the "catching away of the church".. 144,000 will be from the tribes of Jews (not the JW's) and there will be two preachers that will lead many to Christ and will be killed, but will rise again.

This is when Jesus comes for his own.If your not ready then its to late to meet him in the air, they don`t die but are changed. Those who were laxed can still be saved but they will go through the tribulation and it will be very hard to serve him at this time. Many will be killed if they refuse the mark of the beast. All will stand before God when judgment day comes.
