I'm afraid I agree with sikn shadow, John Karr is a waste of skin. Even if he isn't the one who killed the Ramsey child, this world would not miss him if he was gone. Shame on anyone who would allow a13 year old child to marry anyone. Some people do not deserve to be parents.

In no state can a person under 18 marry without parental consent, but WITH parental consent, several states allow girls as young as 13 to wed.

You have to ask, though, what kind of parents would agree to that marriage.

if your parent signs their rights away it is legal. the man (or woman) becomes their legal guardian until they are 18 years old
