I don't know who would be more shallow: Your "crush," for not accepting you as you are, or You, also for not accepting you as you are. I'm not sure that you realize this, but relationships are not based on the size of your boobs. Otherwise, strippers would all have healthy relationships.

Wear a swimsuit that enchances your bustline like Halter and Bikini tops. Lighter colors, prints, metallics, embellishment, and detailed seams look good too. Underwire and Push-up bras give more lift. Stay away from strapless- it gives a flat look.
You could also try a really sexy sarong wrap that draws attention to the legs and away from the bust.

I think if the guy truly likes you and there's potential for a good, healthy, mutually fulfilling relationship, then cup size shouldn't matter.
I sport a D cup and meet jerks all the time who only see my boobs and not me.
Now, if it still really bothers you, you could make sure to accessorize so that he focuses on your lower body with a cute sarong or cover-up that sits on your hips that is eye-catching.

girl attitude is sexier than nice boobs, be yourself and have fun, some guys could care less about boobs, some prefer nice legs, and others a nice butt, but most of all is a girl who is confident in who she is and can have a good time.
