I'd tell him he might want to eat out of town, the local spots have all be closed by the health department.

Well............going off your name I would suggest you tell him, the best thing to eat in town is me, and the best place to eat in town is at the Y.....
Make sure you tell him how much this meal is going to "cost" him.
But make sure that you tell him that this is your "own" personal favorite, it may not be the consensus around town.
