Do girls like stereotypical guys? Like guys that fit into a certain stereotype, like jock, prep, goth, punk, nerd, etc.
I'm just curious thats all.

I'd love to say no- that I'm attracted to all types of guys equally cause its the inside that counts. But sadly, that's a lie.
For me though, it's more about shared interests. I love music (old school punk), so I really like a guy who's into the same thing. Or, at least- some type of rock (classic, alternative, indie, anything but emo). But if we're being shallow, looks-wise- I kinda go for the punk look, because I associate it with personality and music tastes that I can relate to (plus mohawks are really hot... hehe...)
But whoever said most girls like guys who are funny and honest was right. Sense of humor is the MOST important thing. And I guess being nice... but everyone goes for the bad boy at some point, so it's not necessary unfortunately...

most of the times, it's different for every type of girl. if girls are emo, then they'll like 'emo guys'. if they're the 'punk' type of girl, they might like skater guys. i always like different type of guys. the 'normal' kind where he's just whatever. you know, not a jock, not a skater, not a nerd, or gay etc. but as of this moment, i find it that i like this skater guy. i have no idea why. i'm not a punk girl or anything like that. i'm really girly, but most girls like guys who are funny and honest =)

I've never only dated certain types of guys. I go for the ones with the best personality.
