It depends on if the parts are still there. If she still has a vaginal opening and a functional uterus, and sperm still gets inside to a fertile egg, yes she can get pregnant. If she is taking hormones, I can't really say that the baby would survive the pregnancy though. If a woman had a sex change, why would she still have sex with a man? Doesn't that defy the whole reason she had the sex change?

Even if the necessary equipment were left in place--and i believe it is--the horomone therapy that a transsexual undergoes would not allow for ovulation or menustration, much less carrying a baby to term.

As for a man becoming a woman, that surgery is cosmetic only.

if he or she still ahs a cervix and ovaries then yes if he or she is on a male steroriod then the chance is less
