try hanging out and looking for guys in a different scene. guys looking for sex go to places where they'll find girls looking for sex. (highly populated clubs/bars/whatever)
try spending time at a bookstore or whatever. sure these places don't have a plethora of males, but atleast you'll find some independent and mature guys there. he'll probably still want sex though .. ho ho ho

um becasuse he's a nomral guy.
what you are looking for is another girl... or you need to grow up somemore before you get a boyfriend

Because, I donno, boys will always be boys, and its hard for them not to think about sex 24/7, they are out there, but most of the time they are either:
Married
Taken
Engaged
or Dead.
