They cannot arrest you - but they can get a warrant to search your premises if they have "probable cause" - they can make you show up at the police station and be questioned, and then you call your attorney, and they have to either charge you with a crime, which then means you have a hearing within 72 or less hours and either make bail or have the charges dropped, or they have to let you go.

Sure they can. Whether they can prove it or not is a different thing. Better try to find him and turn him in. FYI, they'll probalby get a warrant to search your place and your phone records to support the "harboring a fugitive" charge, or obstruction of justice charge.

there full of ****, they can't do anything to you unless you admit to knowing where he is. they can get a warrant so you might wanna do a clean up of your home just in case there's anything illegal liing around. other than that say nothing and worry not!

Let them do it and sue them for false arrest, even if you don't win the case, you will make them look like a stupid fool.

It's not against the law to not know where someone is. If they think you are concealing his whereabouts they might try to talk tough. But since you don't really know where he is, the buck stops there. If they keep pressing you just repeat "I don't know where he is. Now unless you have evidence against me pertaining to him, kindly leave me alone."

If they had anything, then they should arrest you. Don't believe anything the damn liars tell you. They only want to intimidate you. They can't harass you ,because they think you know something.
