Rules relating to what? "All rules" covers your own question, so if they made "all the rules" you wouldn't be allowed to ask such a dumb question.
Ponder on this = Why a man cannot negotiate with a woman ---- Because negotiation requires a compromise between the negotiators, meaning you have to give a little, to get a little. Since a woman already owns all the pu$$y and half of the wealth, a man has nothing to negotiate with!!

Dumb question, if women made all the rules the world would a very different place. And its only been in the last hundred or so years that we ve been even allowed to make any descions at all. Before that the men ALL the desicions.

I am a female and i feel that men and their testosterone have made alot of the current rules. It is only now that women are starting to have a role in "making the rules".

no.....I get to share in the making of all the rules with my partner because we have a jobs and own a home and meet our responsibilities together.
