God doesn't hate homosexuals, and neither do I. Nor do i fear them. One of the many joys of being a Christian is to love one another, without placing blame, fault, or judgement. That is for God to do, not us. The Bible says that homosexuality is a detestable sin, and that there is no place in the Kingdom of God for such people. If you wanna read it for yourself, try looking here:
Leviticus 18:22-29
Romans 1:18-27
1 Corinthians 6:9-11

I don't think God hates any human. I think many hate gays because they fear anyone who is different. It is a form of bigotry. I think we often get stuck in our ways and when we close our mind , we close it good.
I was reading some of the posts. I'd like to know exactly where it says that God hates the act of homosexuality. In the NT..the gospels that Jesus is quoted in, He says nothing about homosexuality. Now , it is true that other men in the Bible gave their opinion on homosexuality but tell me where God/Jesus said it...give me the exact scripture that God used. Hmmm..I know you can't but you'll try to squeeze through my words..won't you? And no, I'm not gay...I am straight..but judging does bother me.

God doesn't hate homesexuals, and neither do I. It is the act, that God depises. God hates the sin, but loves the sinner. (Guess what? we are all sinners) God made Adam and Eve in the beginning, not Adam and Steve. Romans 1: 18-32, is a laundry list of sins that earn God's wrath. 1 Corinthians 6: 18-20 condemns sexual immorality, and homosexual activity is included. I also think that your question is a little biased, you made a sweeping statement without justification. You assume too much.

God does not hate homosexuals. God is love. He hates the sin not the person. God has commanded us to love each other. Why is that so hard for us to do? There will always be something that we dislike about a person, but we should still love them no matter what. Everyone wants to be loved.

No -all people are his treasure. I love all people as well - and no I am not fearful or bigoted.
But homosexuality is against his order, and harmful. And I agree with God's order and want to follow his ways.
Read Romans Chapter 1 - very short and clear.
Be careful about generalizing.

does god treat angels and humans the same in heaven?
angels have no genitals is what i heard. then god probably doesn't care about whether your two heads or whatever don't work like the norm (norm under the assumption that homosexuals are still the minority?..maybe not?)
don't sweat it, your relation to god is personal. don't let the church or whatever tell you what god wants from you...you know how to earn god's approval yourself. if not..better go find yourself a really quiet place, keep that damn tongue from moving, and see if you can hear him.

God does not hate homosexuals.
I do not hate homosexuals.
There is a danger in generalising as in your question as it gives the opinion that all who believe in God hate homosexuals.
Anyway I don't think people hate homosexuals but are just uncomfortable with them as it is not the norm.
