No matter what you believe- that homosexuality is genetic or a choice, it is most definitely NOT a disease.

Homosexual is not natural for sure! Either you are a man or a woman, not neither!
A disease may be cured, eg, cancer when detected early. Some resort to drugs (medication); others on dietary and physical exercises.
Homosexuality is fixed through a change in attitude. Sometimes homosexuality is brought about by the environment in the family; eg. parents may want a girl but the gift turned out to be male. They dressed and treat the boy like a girl and over time, the boy feel like a 'girl'.
Cut the long story short, we should treat boy as boy, girl as girl. This means parents, friends, and relatives!

They have found differences in the male homosexual brain compared to the heterosexual male brain but that really doesn't define that as a disease. I have taken psychology classes where Freund and other psychologists claim that it is the environment and personal experience that helps a person decide
what sex they want to have intimate relationships with. Personally, I don't think it is a disease. Most of us have the tendency to swing either way in our attractions to the sexes. It is just that morality and society has put more pressure on us to choose the heterosexual lifestyle for the purpose of procreation and a woman/man, mom/dad 2 parent family home.

I would say in the general use of the terminology, no.
mydictionary.com defines a disease as:
1. A pathological condition of a part, organ, or system of an organism resulting from various causes, such as infection, genetic defect, or environmental stress, and characterized by an identifiable group of signs or symptoms.
(this is the one I would normally think of)...
2. A condition or tendency, as of society, regarded as abnormal and harmful.
-By the 2nd definition, I guess you could define it as a disease technically, if you think/ feel that the general view of the public is that it is a tendency that is "abnormal or harmful".

Not a disease, per se... just a mental disorder*. Especially in those that flaunt it as if to think heteros ought to accept their twisted behavior. For example, most homos seem to think that heteros who don't agree with their lifestyle are "homophobes". That would imply that they think people are afraid of them when, in fact, it's more of a matter of being disgusted with their illogical and, in many cases, irrational behavior. While I don't consider it a disease, I can assure you *it would qualify as mental disorder by those who were not biased by the political correctness movement of the past 30 years.
'nuff said?

No it is not a disease. Homosexuality is a choice individuals make. I personally beleive that it is a wrong choice and that it is a sin.
