I am a cookie freak. I love all cookies! Oreo, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Raisins, Chocolate Chips, Fig Newtons (are they cookies?) Macaroons, Macademia Nut, Milano, Cameo, Snickedoodles, Thin Mints...oooo and those Lemon Coolers are divine! The only place I can get them is from the girl scouts. Me and Cookie Monster are like soul mates. LoL.

I like eating chocolate chip cookies (follow recipe off the chocolate chip bag). But the trick is to leave them a little soft in the middle. To do this is you have to underbake them a couple minutes. And after you bake them, eat them while they are still warm. Dip them in milk if you want. They will be soft and they will stay soft if you put them in ziploc bags. I keep them soft for like a week & a half, if they last that long.
