Hey that is a easy one. Just follow your biorythm. I and my friends we run nearly every morning our 6 - 8 km, getting up at 05:30 to 05:45 and then join each other at 06:15. The reason is, I have a bussy schedule, so I had changed my biorythm. Nowadays I would not change it back :-) it is a habbit now, and a good one.

If I have time, I do my exercises also during the afternoon, so 6 - 7 pm. but not later :-) then my biorythm begins to tell the body, rest now! :-) so then it is over. Find your biorythm, and if you R bussy, just change it.

U need only a lot of patience, confidence in, that it is the right thing to do and maybe someone who will help you to get thru the beginning phase. Hmmm, mine lasted over 9 months :-) because my confidence and belief was not there for 100%
