My new wife brought her dog into the relationship and the cat hates us and the dog now.

How long have the cat and dog been together now? If it has been a short time, then give it time to adjust. But if you really need to give her up then you can always take her to the Humane Society or the SPCA. These are not no-kill shelters, but they do try everything they can before they euthanize an animal.
There are very, very few no kill shelters in the U.S.

Why don't you give the cat some time to adjust? Of course the cat will be upset at first, give the poor thing a couple weeks, this is probably a rough time for him/her :(

AWWWWWW, dont give your cat away, she will adjust, it will take a week or two but she will adjust. My cat hated my pug when i got him and now she just bats at him when he comes too close, she will forgive you eventually, i promise.
