i personally think that you should eat yogurt because its healthy for you. pudding and jello aren't that healthy, but if you've had a healthy diet today then why not break open a pack of jello or pudding???? jello is definately better than pudding, but if you're feeling like you need a treat then have the pudding!

yogurt would be most healthy for you, it helps keep a good balance of bacteria in your insestines. jello is good for your nails and hair though...and pudding is an excellent source of calcium. so yes, in moderation either of those snacks have some health benefits. ;-)

I would suggest Jello Pudding because it is more flavorful and I would think filling as well.

Your best bet is an unsweetened yoghurt containing active cultures. It's very good for you and delicious too! Sugar-laden products are just a lot of unnecessary calories you'll regret later.
