i broke up with him like 4 month ago...he calls me, email me...he says that he miss me and need me...but i tell him it all bullshit..

He wants what he had back.Yes he probably does miss you but it will only be good with him until the newness wears off and you will be back in the same old rut again. You know why you left him right well remember that reason and don't go back to him. Move on live your life, do what you want when you want and you will find some one new that will wonderful with you.he just wants you back so you don't wind up happy and with some El's.He doesn't want any one El's with you. The choice is yours though if you love him still forgive him and date him...but don't forget you broke up for a reason!!
