Shasta's were awesome as a kid... they probably still have them, but I don't drink soda anymore. :-(

I miss my Squirt the only time I get it is if I go to a special Giant's or something like that. Pepsi Blue was always on my list that was like the only pepsi I'll drink.
This isn't really a soda but I miss Fruitopia and Fruit Works.

Does Minute Maid still make their orange soda? I always liked that -- really tasty and refreshing! I don't think I've seen it in stores in a long time. Or maybe I'm just not seeing it! :(
One of my fave current sodas, which I hope is never taken away, is Vanilla Pepsi! I like it better than Vanilla Coke, that's for sure. :)
P.S. Another soda I hope never gets taken away is Squirt! It's my dad's fave, and he's gotten very particular in his old age. There isn't really any other citrus-type soda that he likes, aside from Squirt. Fortunately, all the major supermarkets carry it! :)

It's not any particular brand or flavor that I miss, but I do miss the 16oz glass returnable bottles. I don't know why those were so special, but this is a discussion my friend's and I have at least once a year. Does anyone else remember these? You'd take them back to the grocery store w/ you and they would count the number of bottles you had and give you a ticket and you'd get a discount on your next purchase.

Pepsi!
I had to give up Pepsi because I was diagnosed Type II Diabetic. I used to drink Pepsi like it was water!
Sometimes I see a Pepsi commercial and I can still taste the Pepsi...that's scary!

Real old Coke. That Coke Classic is not the same, close, but not the same.
I also want them to put all soda back in glass bottles. Soda tastes much better in glass. There is always a plastic taste to soda now, not when it was in glass when I was a kid.
Also, we used to return the glass to grocery stores for cash back on the glass deposits. No more.

Pepsi Blue.
For those of you who miss Mello Yellow, I live in Kentucky, and it's still here! You can even get it at restaurants. Which makes me happy, I love the stuff.
