In fact, over 23,000 people live in Whitehorse these days and that number will only increase as resource development expands and Canada becomes forced to defend its northern waters from unscrupulous nations like the USA who actually try to say it is international waters when clearly all of it is within the 200 mile zone as recognized by UN treaty.

From what I hear, there are at least a dozen people who do indeed actually live in the Yukon ... maybe even a dozen and one. I am not one of them.
