they just can't seem to mind their own business.

Not all of get all hyper. There are those who deliberately push buttons for amusement.
The best way I can sum it up is in this analogy: Would you stop and pull a child out of a burning car?
Depending on your level of selfish/selfless you may say yes or no. A selfless person would stop and help. It is this same spirit of selflessness that lends itself to Christians trying to reach out. To help. The critical truth of it all is that a non-Christian goes to hell after this life. It is literally a heartbeat that separates a person from hell or eternal life. It could happen anytime, anywhere and for any reason.
That's the reason, because making the decision now and commitment makes all the difference. You are not promised another day or even the rest of this one. That and we're really excited to share something as important as the message!
Hopes this helps.

Because they are excited by the resistance of non religious people. Proselytism is like to find the most number of customers. They are like car dealers who gloats that they are the best sellers. Remember that religion is a big business. Many religions ask a percentage of your income. And competition is ferocious between all religions to have on their side the poor naive customer...

No, see religious people r everywhere, However CHRISTIANS who are aware of the word of GOD simply want you to be saved! What Jesus did 4 u on the cross is enough to get hyper about! Didn't u get up this morning? Surely u don't think that you did it on ur own. Get Hyped!!! See, 4 some reason you think that u can't have fun if u don't go out, be real. I've been there and done that. The same folks that were there before I got saved are still out there doing the same thing and getting old and tired looking doing it!

Some of them actually care about your future welfare. Kind of like asking why do parents get so uptight when their kid starts shooting up herion? For those who really believe that Christ is the only way, they feel similar feelings towards those who have not yet found the truth of Christ.
Of course others are just out to be in your face, and don't really have the love of Christ so much as they want to assimilate all humanity. (Think Borg.) Resistance is futile after all. Meep.

Well, it depends on what kind of "religious people" you're talking about. Some believe that they have to share their religion with others in order to go to whatever "better place" they believe in. Some simply enjoy being zealots. And some are convinced theirs is the ONLY RIGHT WAY AMEN HALLELUJAH!!!!!, therefore your way is THE WRONG WAY GOD FORBID!!!!!!, and they must SHOW YOU THE LIGHT!!!
Okay, I'll stop imitating a televangelist now. But you get the point.

Hmmm, I don't think I get hyper, if you look at my answers on here, you might agree. I don't try to push my beliefs on anyone, BUT I believe that hell and satan are very real and I don't wish that on anyone I have met on here. So if I have the opportunity to gently and honestly witness to someone, I will take that opportunity, but I am not going to bully or get hyper with anyone. Not even the devil'sadvocate! ;-)

Intense religious beliefs tend to lead to fanaticism. Look at your history, most wars are religiously based, even current wars in the middle east. Religion is good, but should be personal.

I don't, People have the right to belive in whatever religion or belief they want. For all you know I could be wrong. By the way why did you say religious people which would mean people of all religions when you were clearly refering to Christians by the after statement.

They only do that if they havn't realized that its not on thier terms who gets saved. But you have to admit, burning in hell would kinda suck. Does it atleast make you feel better to know there are people worried about your well being out there?
