hey do u have a paris background on your avatar? I do. i went there this spring.
Anyway about your problem..i don't know really. but, all you can do is try to become friends with girls. if they like you it might turn into something.

well you always start off by making friends w/ some girl. Then when you know she likes hanging out with you and find you interesting you ask her out by saying: "your a cool person and i really like you and i was just wondering if you would like to go out with me." If she says yes then take her somewhere nice to eat and maybe a walk in the park at nighttime (so romantic, girls love it) or maybe at the beach. OR you could always try the movies but come on its so commonly used for first dates..after you drop her off at home and give her a goodnight kiss on the cheek (only if she kisses on the first date!). If you guys had a great date then ask her out again sometime and soon after you guys go out a little bit longer you ask her to be your girlfriend!

Just be swee and charming. Flirt with a girl get to know her better, invite her to meet you at football games because that is a GREAT place to get to know a girl!
