I started do anybody know how long it take for turbo jam to work

im not doing turbo jam i am doing billy blanks boot camp workout i had the same problem my weight seemed like it was always the same dont worry the reson why its seems like its tsying the same is cause your burning the fat but building muscle
muscle weighs more then fat

Are you watching you food too? How many days are you doing this a week? To get results you should be doing this 5-6 days a week for weight loss, plus watching your foods.
Limit these foods to one - two days a week: cheese, sodas, fast foods, fried foods, sweets, juices.
Include in your diet, fruits, veggies, yogurts, salads with chicken in them etc. For weight loss it has to be a focus.
