I did military survival training some years ago and we were told the best way to cook pretty much any meat (including human) is to spit-roast it or to boil it right down to a stew.

Interesting side point. Most people say they wouldn't resort to cannibalism but when faced with no other option then most people do (assuming the person was dead as a result of an accident or something and didn't have to be killed). The plane crash high in the Chilean Andes some years ago is a good example of this - pretty much every survivor (maybe all of them) ended up eating the people who had died when the plane crashed.

You know I actually thought about this question for a minute and I came to the conclusion that I would starve before I resorted to cannibalism. I'm not that big of a meat eater as it is, let alone eating humans...

If I had to resort to cannibalism, I probably wouldn't care very much about how my meals were prepared, either. I'd much rather test the local leaves and mushrooms and such.

Actually, I guess I'd prepare it the way explained in the source I've listed, it even tells you an interesting barbaque way. O_o

I agree with Trevor, if you are faced with the situation for cannibalism, spit fire the meat. Remind me not to come over to your house for dinner!

I would cut off the calf, slice it and fry it in some oil with lots of garlic and salt....chew fast and mentally think "its only chicken, its only chicken"

Wouldn't happen...I wouldn't even eat my dog!

I'd have to say dog and I would starve together, or find vegetables we could eat...
