If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :) (Refer to my avatar to see how well VCO works =P)

get some mousse gel and hairspray from pantene ans when your hair is wet put the mousse it first, then the gel, and lastly the hairspray, then scrunch your hair, dont touch it until it dries touch up woth a curling iron and put like a little ribbon in it or a headband enjoy! leave in conditioner sprays work too! dont straighten your hair to much either it makes it worse.

If you have curly hair, CurlFriends is a fabulous product. It is not too pricey. A little bit goes a long way. If your hair is straight try frizz-ease

John Frieda Frizz-Ease ($10) works and there is also Extra Strength if it's REALLY bad. You can find it at Fred Meyer. There are also Frizz shampoos that you can find at Target.
