Usually the terms 'leather & cheap' don't go hand in hand. However "we aim to please" is one phrase that most NEW vehicle dealers use.

I will gladly sell you any one of my NEW Fords with factory installed leather option. including Ford's Hybrid Escape

I also have a "Ford OEM approved" upholsterer, who will install leather in any new or used Ford, for a price.

Cheapest vehicle you can get with leather seats would be a non-working old beater that already had leather seats installed.

You can install leater seats (such as from Katzin) aftermarket in just about any car, so whatever is the cheapest car for you to find/purchase you can add leather to it.

As for hybrid cars, I don't know of anyone who has one that would call them cheap, particularly if you're going for the option packages that would add leather to them (typically top of the line)... In the US, you can currently get leather as a factory option on the Toyota Prius, the Toyota Camry Hybrid, Ford Escape Hybrid, and leather is standard on the Honda Accord Hybrid and the Lexus GS450H. On the Mercury Mariner Hybrid, a leather-wrapped steering wheel is standard but leather seats is optional. On the Lexus RX400H leather door trim is standard but leather seat trim is optional.

you want leather seats in a cheap car ? guess you don't want much use out of them since your car will be at shop all the time. get a decent car ,then add leather seats to it, and don't be cheap,add heated option if you live in cold a weather climate.

leather seats are awesome!
but leather pants are NOT awesome,
cuase if its hot and ur wearing leather pants and ur sweating, they will shrink lol
