My mother had a procedure thing done on her badly ingrown toenail, and they liked burned part of the toenail off. The Dr gave her some Ear Drops to put on her toe, and told her to soak it in vinegar.... does anyone know why? How would vineger help, and why the ear drops?

the doctor advised her to soak a toe on vinager because vinager it's pretty good specially when there's a swelling do not worry if it does nothing good it can not do anything bad ....actually if you could read about apple cider of vinager you would be awesome about the heal properties that this has ....people that suffers about any stomach problems or gases this is the cure for it one spoon in a glass of water once a day

Vinegar is a tenderizer. It will soften the skin around the toe.

Re: the ear drops, perhaps they have an antibiotic in them, or maybe they just act as a cleanser.

vinegar act as an antiseptic to help prevent infections.
don't know about the ear drops

the doctor told her to vinegar on BUT if it dosent work shes had her chips, ( only kidding,) vinegar is a very good cure for allsorts, you will be amazed at what vinegar can do, i have sent you the site below,
